STEP 1 :
Before you do a hard reset , you must do several things to keep all of your important data .
You must backup all your data , you can connect the device to the computer and then all your important data backup via the Samsung Kies software .

STEP 2 :
- Remove your battery , SIM - cards and memory cards as well .
- Replace the battery after 10 seconds
- Press and hold the Volume Up + Home button and then press the Power button .
- Press and hold these three buttons until the Samsung logo appears for the second time , then release all the buttons .
- You will see Factory Reset menu
- Use the Volume Down to navigate Wipe Data / Factory Reset option .
- Use the power button to select an option
- Use the Volume Down button to navigate " Yes delete all user data "
- Use the power button to select an option
- After performing a hard reset , select Reboot System Now , use the Power button to select it .
- Now your phone back to factory settings , wait a while until the process is completed and the device can operate again .
