1). Go to "Options" in uTorrent and select Preferences.

2). Click on  "Queueing category" at the left side of the preferences.

3). Type a minimum ratio into the Minimum Ratio (%) text box to stop seeding.Lowest ration you can set is 1%.

4). Type a minimum time in minutes into the Minimum Seeding Time text box to stop seeding after that time.

5). Click the Limit the Upload Rate to (kB/s): [0: Stop] 

6). Check box under When uTorrent Reaches the Seeding Goal and type 0 into the text box to the right of the check box.

7). Click the OK button.
